My style is relaxed, honest and natural, allowing moments to unfold and personalities to shine through. Less 'smile at the camera' and more 'connect with each other'. 

The bond between mother and child is particularly sacred and I'm an advocate for women stepping into the frame. For me, documenting motherhood is as important as documenting childhood.

THE EXPERIENCE

Sessions can take place in your own home or outdoors, e.g. at a local park.

Sessions are relaxed with no pressure to 'perform'. If we are shooting outside, lets just walk and chat, giggle, be silly, explore and make memories. I will sneakily get those photos of your children smiling! Hold hands, cuddle, sing, tickle, just be yourselves. I will occasionally direct you for a 'set up' photo or two, where appropriate. I always contact clients prior to their session to answer questions and offer advice where possible to ensure I deliver the most beautiful gallery possible. I will also email you with a 'what to expect' guide with more info and guidance prior to the session.

Whether you love having your photo taken or not, posing can feel awkward and uncomfortable, which is why I just don’t do it. With a bit of occasional direction from me, I snap away whilst you do what you do best: being yourselves.
